Raven is a cultural figure in the mythology of various Northwest Indian cultures. He is a loving and benevolent transformer figure that helps people and molds their reality for them, but he is also a trickster, and many Raven legends deal on his frivolous or ill-considered behavior causing problems for him and others. Raven is recognized for his bravery and great exploits, as well as for having bad traits like gluttony, greed, and impatience.
Ravens are used as clan animals by many Native American civilizations, especially those on the Northwest Coast (such as the Haida, Tlingit, Tsimshian, Kwakiutl, Nisgaa-Gitksan, and Salishan tribes) and northern Athabaskan tribes (such as the Tanaina.) On the Northwest Coast, the raven is a popular clan crest, appearing on totem poles, bentwood boxes, and other traditional Northwest art. Raven Clans are also seen among the Menominee people.

Raven Mythology Northwest Pacific Native American
One of the most important components of Native American storytelling is the use of the Eagle Symbol. By far the most beloved of all the creatures used is the Native American Indian Raven. It's a symbol of love, friendship, honor, bravery, and magical skills, among other things. Native Americans comprise a diverse range of languages, places, traditional customs, indigenous knowledge, and spiritual beliefs, with over 560 federally recognized tribes in the United States alone. Because Am Style understands their suffering, we must use our design to contribute to and convey their words further and broader.
